Bistro 17: Restaurant Server
Restaurant Server: Host / Hostess, Busser, Food Runner, Kitchen Brigade
A message from the team:
Hello! We are a team of local, experienced restaurant owners opening a small, new venue located in the heart of Downtown Tuscaloosa. With our Alabama, New York City, and Los Angeles restaurant, hotel, and bar experience, we are excited to be bringing fresh, American, crave-worthy, comfort food with a healthy twist to the neighborhood! We will have very many Gluten Free and vegetable options as we incorporate these into traditional Southern Cuisine. We are seeking servers, hosts/hostesses, food runners, bussers, and experienced kitchen staff as well. While our dream candidates will be those that desire to grow with us as a company, we know that there are many paths in life, and we truly desire to put our treasure in people by giving back and providing training that will serve us all far beyond the walls of our small venue. We will operate Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner (11am until 10pm Monday through Wednesday, and 11am until 11pm Thursday through Saturday) and we will be closed on Sundays! While restaurant experience is preferred, we believe that what the world of hospitality truly needs is people with heart, a great work ethic, and a passion to serve others - so we are happy to train those who do not have experience in the industry. Thank you so much in advance for your interest - we are looking forward to meeting you!
